Sometimes you break things into smaller pieces in order to understand. You organize, sort, associate, arrange, systematize. You avoid things. Check things. Protect yourself. You think you have everything under control. Sorted out. Safe. But it often makes you end up even more confused than you were in the first place. And your mind has already started to loop.
